Im doing Ephys on Third Star Larvae (Drosophila) using the hardware by Molecular Devices (Axoclamp 900A, Digidata 1440A) and on the Axoclamp commander interface there is a window in which we can Zero the Pipette Offset. But what does that actually mean? How is the value generated and what does it depend on? I cant find any info about it and would be very glad for any help!
