Used Medical Laboratory Analyzers
Used medical laboratory analyzers are cost saving options for any laboratory setting. These are economical and at the same time feature excellent functioning. Moreover, they come with attractive warranty options just as their new counterparts.
Laboratory Analyzers for Different Applications
Medical laboratory analyzers are indispensable in healthcare centers, hospitals, hospices and other medical facilities. They are used in clinical labs for determining the concentration of certain metabolites, proteins, electrolytes and drugs in body fluids such as plasma, serum, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid. Each and every analyzer model is meant for a specific purpose. For the physicians to assess the health condition of the patients through proper analysis, today a wide variety of medical laboratory analyzers are available which may include DNA analyzers, chemistry analyzers, electrolyte analyzers, blood gas analyzers and hematology analyzers.
Reduce Overall Laboratory Costs with Used Equipment
When medical organizations cannot afford new and expensive medical equipment, they gradually switch over to used ones. Pre-owned or used equipment can be bought for half the amount you would spend on a new one. Laboratories requiring bulk amount of apparatuses for their research needs can highly benefit from the used ones. Compared to brand new products, used medical laboratory analyzers come with minimum startup costs. However, they have become the best choices for many healthcare organizations looking for reduced spending.
Choose Quality Assured Products from Reliable Suppliers
Used medical laboratory analyzers are now readily available with many retailers. It is important to spend some time to locate the right product. Reliable dealers offer completely tested products that maintain excellent quality. You can compare prices that different resellers offer and find the right dealer supplying equipment at discount prices.

Medical Assistants And Pharmaceutical Training
The opportunities for medical assistants are growing in America. As a matter of Fact, the United States Department of Labour expected that opportunities for medical assistant careers will still be on high demand until the year 2012. This is because medicine is constantly developing as new technologies and drugs are created, there is a larger and older population and more treatment facilities to deal with the sick.
There is a growing demand for medical assistant who can perform both the administrative and clinical duties. There are many places a medical assistant can work including a clinic, hospital or physician’s surgery and their work goes towards the organisation and efficient running of their place of work. The state that the medical assistant is working in will determine their exact duties, as will the type of facility they are employed at.
Some of the administrative and clerical tasks that a medical assistant perform are answering the telephone, schedules appointments, files and updates the medical records and information of patients, files and processes insurance forms, book keeping, handles communications, billing and arranging hospital admissions and laboratory services.
Depending on which state the medical assistant is working in wil determine what they can do in terms of clinical duties. Some of these duties and responsibilities are documenting medical histories of patients, recording vital signs of patients, giving details of procedures of treatments to the patients, getting the patients ready for their examination and assisting the physician during an examination. Other duties of medical assistants include collecting and preparing laboratory specimens, doing basic laboratory test, disposing contaminated medical supplies and sterilizing medical instruments.
Medical assistants can give nutritional advice to patients, especially when they are taking medicines. Medical assistants may also set up and administer medications to the patient and authorize medication refills (as directed by the physician of course) and telephone prescriptions to a pharmacy. They must undertake pharmaceutical training before they are qualified to do this.

In the Philippines, inquire at DOST. Or visit Pamantasan ng Lunsod ng Maynila (PLM)... they have a good Medicine program and should not cost very much.
Are you a US citizen? If you are, there are lots of US scholarships that you can apply to. You can visit Jefferson Library in Makati to inquire.
